Avocado Dill     Scallops


1 tbsp. Lemon Dill Seasoning

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice

Mix and let stand for 30 min.

Brown 12 medium size scallops ( 30 seconds to 1 min.)

1 large avacado

12 lettuce leaves

1 medium size red grapefruit

Lay lettuce leaves,red grapefruit sections and avocado slices on a plate. Top with scallops and drizzle dressing on top. Serve warm
