Spaghetti Sauce

16 oz. can of tomato sauce (If you need more sauce, you can simply double this recipe)

1 tablespoon tomato basil seasoning

simmer for 10 minute

serve over cooked pasta

you can also add this sauce to cooked ground beef or turkey to make a meat sauce

Salad Dressing

Vinaigrette

3/4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup vinegar

1 tablespoon of lemon dill or tomato basil (pre-hydrated in 2 tablespoons of water for 5 to 10 minutes, then add to vinaigrette)

salt to taste

Hamburgers

1 lb. ground hamburger or ground turkey

1 tablespoon BBQ seasoning, or bacon onion, or parmesan (pre-hydrated in 2 tablespoons of water).  

mix seasoning of choice with ground meat

salt and pepper

Bruschetta

5 medium tomatoes diced

1 tablespoon tomato basil seasoning  (pre-hydrated in 2 tablespoons of water for 5 minutes)

1/4 cup olive oil

salt to taste

serve as a topping over french bread

Shrimp Scampi

1 lb cleaned and peeled shrimp

1 tablespoon italian parmesan seasoning (pre-hydrated in 2 tablespoons of water for 5 minutes)

toss shimp and pre-hydrated parmesan seasoning together.  Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of melted butter together on medium heat and in a frying pan.   Cook shrimp for 1 to 2 minutes on each side (until cooked)
