Lemon Dill Chicken        and Potatoes

4 large chicken breasts or 8 thighs

10 small red potatoes cut in halves

2 tbsp. Lemon Dill seasoning

2 tbsp dijon mustard

1/2 cup olive oil

1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

1/2 tbsp salt

In a large plastic bag mix all ingredients thoroughly. Add chicken and potatoes, let marinate for two hours.Pour contents of bag into a flat baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 min. until chicken is done.
