Southwest Corn        Chowder

1 to 2 tbsp. Southwest Green Chili seasoning

1/2 cup onion diced

1/2 cup green bell pepper diced

2 tbsp flour 

2 cups potatoes cubed without skin

1 cup drained canned corn

2 cups chicken broth

1 can diced green chilis

1 cup half and half cream

In a large sauce pan add oil bring up to heat, brown onion,and green bell pepper,stir in flour. Add potatoes, corn, seasoning, chicken broth, green chilis, simmer for 30 minutes then stir in half and half cream simmer for 1 minute, serve and garnish with cilantro.
