Southwest Potatoe              Soup

3 strips of bacon diced

4 cups potatoes cubed

1or2 tbsp. Southwest Green Chili seasoning

1 cup onion diced

1 cup celery chopped

1 cup chicken broth 

1 cup corn

2 cups heavy cream

2 tbsp flower

In large sauce pan brown the bacon with onion when cooked stir in flower simmer for 1 min. add 2 cups water, potatoes, celery, chicken broth, southwest green chili seasoning, and 1 cup corn. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to medium, simmer for 30 min. add heavy cream, simmer for 1 min.

Serve and top with green onion and cilantro
