Southwest Shrimp

2 pounds cleaned shrimp

1 tbsp Southwest Green Chili seasoning

1/4 cup oil

1/4 cup fresh squeezed lime or lemon juice

2 large avocados

Mix Southwest Green Chili seasoning, oil, and lime or lemon. Marinate with shrimp for 2 hours. Grill shrimp for 1 to 3 min. slice avocado lay out on a plate top with shrimp, and drizzle with sauce.

sauce:

2 tbsp. salt

1/3 cup agave nectar

2 tbsp. fresh squeezed lime or lemon juice

Mix thoroughly and drizzle over shrimp
