Tortilla Soup

4 Chicken Thighs

2 cups chicken broth

2 cups clamato or tomato juice

2 tbsp Southwest Green Chili seasoning

2 cups tomatoes diced

1 cup green bell pepper Diced

1 cup onion diced

1 jalapeno finely chopped

In a large sauce pan brown the chicken add water and the ingedients. Simmer for 30 min.

Serve topped with crumbled tortilla chips, chopped avocado, cilantro, queso fresco cheese, and a squeeze of fresh lime.
